Below is the menu that we will have at all the farmers’ markets that we’re at.
CHICKEN BOWLS
CHICKEN PEANUT CURRY
Sautéed chicken, green peas, carrots, and onions, tomatoes in a creamy coconut peanut sauce.
We also have a Vegan version of this dish, that’s made from TOFU, that we serve at all of the vegan events we are at.
Sautéed chicken marinated in Garlic and Piri-Piri Sauce in a tomato-based curry with potatoes and bell peppers.
We also have a Vegan version of this dish, that’s made USUALLY WITH TOFU BUT SOMETIMES
from a soy-based product, that we serve at all of the vegan events we are at.

Broccoli, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and onions in a creamy coconut peanut sauce.
BLACK EYED PEAS AND KALE
Made with coconut tomato-based curry, kale, onions, and spices.
Sautéed Collard Greens in a creamy coconut and peanut sauce with onions and tomatoes.

VEGAN - Potatoes, Green Peas, carrots, curry powder, and seasonings.
CHICKEN - Ground Chicken and seasonings.
SWEET & SPICY VEGAN WINGS
Vegan wings made from Soy Protein marinated with our sweet and spicy SAUCE.
Our Sweet and Spicy sauce is made up of our Piri-Piri Hot sauce and Agave.
Available at OUR STORE AND the Vegan Events we are at.
All dishes (excluding small bites) are served over white rice.
You can also combine items as well.
Vegan versions of our Chicken dishes are not made with real chicken but TOFU.
THE RED “CHICKEN” CURRY IS SOMETIMES MADE WITH a soy-based product.
We’ll also have Strawberry Lemonade which we make from scratch
and contains agave and not sugar.
SAUCES
The Piri-Piri sauce that we use in our Red Chicken Curry complements all of our dishes and is good with eggs, tacos, and pasta. it comes in a 5oz bottle. You can also purchase them online at our website.
PIRI-PIRI HOT SAUCE
Our Peanut Curry sauce which is in our Chicken Peanut Curry and our
Broccoli & Sweet Potato Curry comes in a 9oz Jar.
